Hoop Together's mission is to provide accessible and inclusive basketball experiences that ignite and inspire youth to grow in confidence, build meaningful connections, and develop a lifelong love for the game.

To become a leading basketball organization in the Niagara Region by creating opportunities for every athlete to develop, complete, and create lasting memories through the game of basketball.
Our Values
Hoop Together is guided by Sport Canada’s Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model and is committed to developing well-rounded athletes through skill development, leadership, teamwork, and physical literacy. We believe basketball should create positive experiences that prepare youth for success both on and off the court.
Our History
Founded in 2024, Hoop Together began as a grassroots community initiative in the Niagara Region. It all started with our signature 'Open-Run' sessions, drop-in basketball programs designed to provide a positive and inclusive environment. While we started as a simple way to bring youth together, those same core values of growth and community continue to drive everything we do today.
